I'm curios as to how many keep the LPG switched on when no appliances are in use? I currently got the LPG on for the pilot lights on the stove/oven, but I was wondering if it would be smarter to switch the LPG off at the tank and relight them every evening.

When our trailer is not being used, it is OFF, but if it is in use, it stay on 24/7.

The only time I have turned the valve off in the past year and a half was for filling the tank. The pilots use such little gas, and in most modern RVs, many pilots are lit on demand. If you are losing LPG at a rate faster than you think you should, I would have leak tests done.

Things we do with LPG appliances: turn on gas water heater only when we need it - use electric water heat when plugged in, use heat pumps when plugged in instead of furnace, etc. I always want to make sure I have enough LPG for the BBQ

Off only for filling, propane systems related maintenance, or if I leave for more than 48 hours which is very very rare.

Mine is on 24/7 unless I'm having the tank filled. I don't even know if my water heater works on gas since we use the bath house almost exclusively. The heat pump does a pretty good job most of the time. If the temperature difference between the air temp and the thermostat setting is more than 3 degrees the thermostat automatically starts the furnace.

Not sure if you are parked permanently or not.
I leave my propane on all the time. (cept for filling tank of course)

The Fridge switches to propane when I unhook from shore power to travel. So I leave it on so when I pull out the fridge can auto switch to propane and I have cold food when I get to my next destination.

I don't use the stove at all so I have no need for the propane when parked, but I just know that if I shut it off while parked I will sure as heck forget to turn it on for traveling when the fridge switches over to it.
