Shocks will do very little to control the roll you're experiencing in turns.
What you need to do is ensure there is are good, heavy, sway bars front and rear. Sometimes these bars are referred to as stabilizer bars, anti-roll bars, torsion bars, etc.
That will take the roll out, and it will make a difference when towing also if you load up the bed with 'stuff'.

WHat TankerDude said works or you can got the route I did and install the Roadmaster Active Suspension Kit. Worked great on my Titan. Pretty easy DIY too. Controls roll, axle wrap and reduces squat when loading up the truck.

Will be giving it a run with the TT next week. So far it has done everything they advertised it to. Truck was even more solid in crosswinds.

Tanker is correct. The shocks control the spring rebound (bounce) but not the body roll.
Look for high performance sway bars from ford motorsports parts department. Tons of aftermarket stuff out there from summitracing.com

If your truck has factory sway bars, you can help them be more effective by changing out the factory rubber bushings for stiffer polyurethane bushings. I did this on my truck and it made a big difference in stability with the camper loaded on the truck and the upgrade only cost me about $25 per axle. I used bushing kits from Energy Suspension, purchased through the local off road supply shop. They install easily too.
You can see the rear sway bar and the red polyurethane bushings in this pic. I did the same to the front sway bar too.
