I am looking for someplace is the SW Fl (Brandenton to Ft Myers) area where I can purchase, or have made, a short queen matress (60x74). A regular queen will not fit. Other than CW everything else is thru internet and requires purchase without looking or trying. Wife doesn't like the sleep number bed, we had one and sent it back so that is out of the question.

The mattress your referring to is called an "RV Queen", and there not common, except in the RV industry. CW would be you best bet, but try an RV dealer or RV parts house, and check for the correct size.

Verlo made a twin mattress for me in about a week. They have several flavors of mattress so be prepared to tell them what you want. I got their version of the Tempur-pedic mattress, for example.

Tried Verlo Mattress and both numbers are out of service. So guess I am still looking, but Verlo was the kind of Co. I was looking for.
