Did anyone else watch the Ohio State/Wisconsin game tonight? Well, it was a tough hard fought game and Freshman QB Terrelle Pryor led a late 4th. Qtr. touchdown drive to put the "Buckeyes" ahead 20 - 17 with a minute and 3 seconds left in the 4th. Qtr. Then Malcom Jenkins intercepted a Wisc. pass and that was all she wrote. Wisconsin had a 16 win streak going at their home field and it looked like they would beat my "Buckeyes" tonight. "Beanie" Well had 22 caries for 168 yards or a 7.6 ave. carry. Pryor completed 13 of 19 passes for 144 yards. He is a true Freshman and will only get better. However, the "Buckeyes" have many more tough games ahead of them and probably the toughest is against Penn State, the best Big 10 team in my humble opinion. Anyway, if you did miss this one, you missed a great Big Ten football game! Bagman.

I agree bagman.....that was a great game. I actually caught myself pulling for the Buckeyes, imagine that. Our Crimson Tide was a little "off" yesterday, but still managed to get the win against a fine Kentucky team. They now get a week off before facing Ole Miss (the team that beat Florida). It seems that the pressure never lets up in the SEC. I'm sure you folks feel the same way. Isn't college football great????

Traveler, a year or so ago, we were down in Alabama and Charles and Jackie Holley took us over to Tuscaloosa (sp) to the University of Alabama and we picked up a good supply of Tide stuff (T-shirts & coffee mugs) and I posed for a picture beside the statue of the great Bear Bryant! Go ahead and school me on how to spell Tuscaloosa! Therefore, we kind of like Alabama and Nick Saban used to coach my alma mater the University of Toldeo. So how do you like "Beanie" Wells and our pure freshman QB Terrelle Pryor? Bags.

I saw part of the game, had Ohio fans as neighbors last night. Everyone was happy except the barners...

Glad you liked Tuscaloosa, it's God country.

I sure did! "Juice" Williams was absolutely awesome. I just hope the "Buckeyes" can control him this year. Bagman.

As good as the Buckeyes are I am afraid of Penn State. I thought this a couple of years ago when i watched a young Penn State team and said to myself that they will get better with age and here they are. I am just glad that Ohio State lost early rather than later and there is still a lot of season of ball to be played. They also lost to a decent USC team although they could have done better in my opinion.

Go Buckeyes!!!

mtbuckeye, Pitt also lost to Bowling Green in their first game, but now they are a completely different team (better) and I feel that Ohio State is a different team than the one that lost to USC. I say that because they now have "Beanie" back and Terrelle Pryor their true freshman QB is a very gifted athelete and will get a litle better each and every game. However, I have to agree with you that PSU is the cream of the crop in the Big 10! The "Buckeyes" could end up a 9 and 3 team. But should "Beanie" Wells decide to come back for his senior year, and I think he will, the "Buckeyes" will have a potent offense next year with Pryor at QB, "Beanie" Wells, Saine, and Herron at the RB position, and Hartline, Posey, Small, and Senzabacker for receivers. Plus they always have a talented offensive line. Therefore, I'm very excited about next year! Bagman.

"Beanie" is quite a ball player, and if Pryor stays healthy, he has a bright future waiting for him.
