Anyone have any advise on any local dealers/installers that do clean work to set up train horns like Nathans or leslies? I know some may not like the idea but I would like a set. I have seen some kits on the internet but would like to get my hands around some first.

Thankx...

I bought some on ebay. 3trumpet set up. They are insanly loud. I almost bought the 152db from wolo mfg. But they were $350+ I did see a dealer at the SSSS. can't remember who they were. But they were out side and had a bunch of tow straps and air compressors for sale.
I ended up mounting them right behind my grill on the under the hood latch. Ive got 150psi running to them.

I'm thinking this will be like the outside stereo speaker thread but 10x more.

Could be correct. Seems like it makes more sense to learn to drive with brake pedal and steering wheel to me.

Yes, but what if some of the other drivers on the road haven't learned to drive that way?

I dreamed of having a set of those train horns for years now. But the air tank is probably bigger than my truck! And where on earth (ok, where on the truck), do you mount the horns. I did some surfing on the internet a few months ago. Came across a photo of these mega-beasts mounted on the bumper of a car. Those horns can get pretty long! Still, I'd love to have a set some day!

Will have a set soon but saving my$$.Planning on mounting everything under the truck and have a compressor large enough to do tires and such for the TH which is all plummed in with hose and air connections.Lots of empty space under the dually.
