Heading to Cal City for the weekend. Never been there. Can anyone tell me where are the good camping spots to let my sons (fairly nubes on ATVs) have some safe fun?
And is anyone else going this weekend? Love to meet some fellow forum members!

Try Esse Road off of Twenty Team Mule Road near the Moto X Traxs. You'll find some nice sites to camp.

Actually trying to find some good local places (within 3 hrs) to ride. I have 2 sons (14 and 15 years old) and we just started into camping and riding this summer. We've been to Dustin Acres and Oceano mainly, but want to head east this fall to hit some desert riding. Want to go someplace where sons can practice skills without being run over by idiots! Heard Red Rock Canyon and Dove Springs are nice.
Looking forward to meeting, camping and riding with some Bako members. Seems more fun when group camping!
