I would suggest contacting a moderator and move this to the toads section. my choices were among a VUE, CRV, and Liberty.

I tow a 2005 Honda Pilot EXL and we love it. It is four wheel drive and gets 24 mpg and will seat up to eight passengers. It is all luxury interior and it tows good.

I have towed a lot of different ones. I currently have a Lincoln Mkx ( similar to a ford edge) great car, But towed an ford f-150 never knew it was there, mercury villager van, ford explorer and a Jeep commander( I could feel this veichle I think due to the all wheel drive system more so then the weight because the f-150 would have been heavier so I would not recommend the jeep)

We like our Jeeps. Easy to set up. Designed to tow with instruction in manual. Fun to drive. They also can tow our boat and are "Trail Rated". Lousy fuel mileage @ 13 mpg local. Weigh 4600 lbs.

If you need a vehicle with automatic transmission, Ford makes several vehicles that are towable 4 wheels down with no modification required.
Ford Taurus
Ford Taurus X
Ford Edge
Ford Flex
Ford Escape Hybrid
Mercury Sable
Mercury Mariner Hybrid
Lincoln MKX
The soon to be introduced Ford Fusion Hybrid and Mercury Milan hybrid will also be towable since the share the hybrid powertrain with the Escape & Mariner

Me too. Love the Cobalt, economical, fairly roomy and built in North America too.

In my travels I observe the Saturn to be the most popular tow vehicle by far!

I just went thru this. I needed a vehical that could be:
1- Towed
2- Auto so the wife could drive it.
3- Small and light for the Class C to pull
4- Have the seating for 4-6 folks
5- Be able to haul bikes, and stuff for the grandkids.
The winner was the Chevy Colorado. It was able to do all that is required.
