I have a B plus Lexington with an Artic Pack and I have a storage unit with an electrical outlet. In Oregon it seldom goes below freezing. Can I leave the water in my hot water heater, not blow the lines and leave my Artic Pack and water heater on when I am stored with electricity?
I would only turn it on when the temperature is headed below 32. Might be on for 4 or 5 days.

Well, I've been late this year in winterization. While our Roadtrek doesn't even have an arctic pack, it has already gotten down to the low 20s. I winterized today, and noticed no leaks, so I got lucky. I'd say right off hand that you can get away with leaving the water in. I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it, but I think you might get away with it. Here, it gets 40 below, I have no choice!

Having a Lexington myself, I find the Artic Pack somewhat lacking. It only consists of heating pads on the bottom of the holding tanks near the throat going to the dump valves.
We have been out camping when the temperature at night was cold enough to freeze all water hoses and external filters solid (15-20 deg.) and we have never had a problem with the pads and HWH on.
However, neither the Artic Pack's holding tank heating pads nor the HWH help in preventing the rest of water lines from freezing unless you keep a heater running inside the unit and your cabinet doors open. Assuming the heater is electric, this might cause an issue if the heater and HWH's electric element fire up at the same time unless you have a 30a hookup in your storage unit.
We use our unit during the winter here in Texas, but when it drops below freezing and it is parked, we blow the lines, empty the HWH, and empty the holding tanks because it is so easy and removes any doubt.
BTW - be careful to insure the HW bypass valve is drained and blown out completely or filled with antifreeze. That very difficult to replace valve is the only thing that has ever been damaged by freezing in out Lex.

The only concern I would have is what happens if the storage place looses power to your RV? A storm comes through, and then your RV self destructs. I wouldn't do it.
