RE: I need recipe for a ( Zuccni casserole)

I don't know if you'd really call this a "casserole" but its a recipe I've made many times since I discovered it in the cook book that came with the first microwave I got, many years ago.
Zucchini Parmesan
4 medium zucchini,sliced into 1 inch pieces (about 1 1/2 lbs)
1/4 cup grated Pammesan cheese
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
good sprinkle of oregano or Italian seasoning
in 8 inch microwave safe baking dish combine zucchini, parmesan cheese, tomato sauce and Italian seasoning. Cook covered on high 8 to 9 minutes, until zucchini is tender, stirring once.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and let stand covered 5 minutes before serving

RE: Wine glasses

We have the set of 4 acrylic wine glasses from Camping World catalog item 30351,club price $12.99. We have had them several years, they are embossed(?) and look nice, never had anyone refuse wine out of them yet! I just don't take anymore breakable items than I have too.

RE: How do I cook a marinated pork tenderloin?

Thanks everyone,it turned out great! I browned it in a pan with a little EVOO,then put it in a foil lined pan. I finally was able to find the fine print on the package that said "cook 25 minutes per lb.",and it was 1.15 lb. I covered it with foil the last few minutes, then let it sit a few minutes with the foil still covering it. It was super moist and tender, even the cat enjoyed a thin slice. We had it with baked potato, tossed salad and chunky cinnamon applesauce-good eats!

How do I cook a marinated pork tenderloin?

I bought one already marinated and not sure how to cook it. I really don't think hubby would want to cook it on the grill as he wouldn't like the clean up from the marinade! Also I do not have a meat therometer and don't want to over cook it. Do I cook it in foil or in an open pan and what temperature? This is to be the main course for supper so need help quickly! thanks

RE: Newbie question, do you plan meals or wing it?

I keep the pantry well stocked taking inventory each time before we leave on a trip. I pretty much wing it,but have a few ideas in mind. I also take as many meats as possible from my freezer as I shop sales and use coupons so hate to pay full price for meats I have at home that I got for a lower price. I use the crock pot alot as you can't always count on fair days with no or little wind to use the grill. When we go to Florida in the winter I count on fresh produce from local farmers markets and plan meals around that.

RE: How do I get Windows Mail as a default

I cannot get the Thunderbird mail to send or receive anything. I am using embarqmail which uses POP3 to receive and SMTP to send mail. It will not connect and keeps giving me telling me I don't have the POP3 or the SMTP as it should be. I tried POP3 embarqmail and just POP3. I tried SMTP embarqmail and just SMTP with no luck. Any ideas?

RUDE DUDE!!!! in St Augustine !!

Yesterday, as we were leaving Indian Forest Campground in St. Augustine, we could not get out as a guy was washing his truck with the fiver hooked to it. We were the second in line as this fellow washed his truck. He had the way out of the campground blocked as he washed. He did hold up hand with five fingers, I guess meaning five more minutes. I should have told him he number 1 !!!!. By the time he finished several more were waiting to leave. I had about 400 miles and wanted to get there before dark and the office closed. I made the before the office closed but not the dark part.

RE: Black or gray tank leak

I don't think I got a tank problems. It may also be that when I left the dealer I was in a very heavy down pour all the way to our next campground 150 miles away. Where the discharge pipe come out it is not sealed around the discharged pipe. It maybe water from the service tech squirting water back up the discharge pipe or the driving in the heavy rain. I hope it is water just got into the pod and it working it way out.

RE: Cameo by Carriage

We got a 2010 35 SB3 Jan. 15 and we really like it. I have a few minor problems, that the service tech did not fix or it lasted for a few days. When we get home I will look into them myself.

RE: Black or gray tank leak

It is not leaking from the pipe. It is dripping from the pod about a foot back from the outlet. I am not going to do anything until I get to Myrtle Beach next week. It maybe from where the service tech was washing out the tanks from the outlet and got the insulation wet and it taking a long time to dry out.

RE: Another weight question

We had a 2003 33-5V Arctic Fox and loaded with more than I usually carry it weighted 12,800 and a pin weight of 2800. It was towed with a 2500 Chevy CC 4X4 Duramax. I have towed this fiver over 40K miles with no problems. We now have a 2010 Cameo 35SB3 and it been towed about 200 miles so far, but that going to change soon as we going back to North Carolina from Florida in a couple of weeks. I can tell no difference towing the two trailers, if anything the Cameo seems to stop a little better.

Black or gray tank leak

We have a new 35SB3 Cameo and got a drip from the black, gray tank pod. It is a new 2010 Cameo but I am hundreds of miles from a Cameo dealer. The pod has screws to remove the cover where the holding tank valves are. I would like to try to fix myself if not too hard. I have no idea what or where is is leaking from. It did not leak until it was back at the dealer for a flush problem and the service tech said he washed debris from the tank. It is now just a occasional drip where is was more a few days ago.

RE: Big Horn by Heartland

When looking at Heartland in Danville, Va the dealer told us the Landmark was for full timers. He also told me my truck would be ok to tow it. a 2500 Chevy Duramax. The Landmark had a gross weight of over 16,000.
