RE: HappiJac problems

Happijac is very much in business. I went buy their factory in Kaysville, Utah last month and they helped me with a problem. Give them a call and I bet they will help you out. Remember you can hand crank until you get the controller working

RE: Happijack Help

My big problem with the Host slides has been the motor coming loose and the slide freewheeling in and out like you said. I solved the problem by putting locktite on th hexhead bolt that holds the motor in place. I don't have a nut that goes into the frame like you discribed do don't know about that. The bolts that hold the motor/transmission unit in place are hard to access from the access point so I ground the head off one of them and loctited it and a bushing in place so I could slide the unit in place. I then tightened it in place with the other loctited hexhead bolt. Hope you followed that If not send me your phone number and we can talk.
The problem that Happijack helped me with was a stripped gear in the transmission on the drivers side slide. We took it out and replaced the gears and all it well.
