RE: Where do you mount my satellite receiver? Not the dish.

It looks like the shelves are not deep enugh to allow a receiver to fit so it dosnt project out past the wall. This is just an idea get a shelf and attach it so it is even with the top of the two doors alowing you to walk around without getting bonged in the head, the receiver is remote so all it does is change the channel on the TV. Just a sugestion.

RE: ford 7.3 non turbo

I had a 96 7.3 and it had a computer but I think the early ones did to but no smog stuff on them though, I think that would be a fun project putting on some add on's a turbo or two, its one strong motor and if I'm not mistaken international sell parts for that motor I believe they made the motor for ford before ford sarted messing around with smog requirememnt.

I hade the same or close to the same problem with my set-up I called Tekonsha Brake and instructed me to crank up the voltage I am running mine at around 9 or 10 volts and the boost at level B3, crank up the voltage. from what I understand is that will be the Max voltage applied to the brakes un less the dead man is pulled which will be all 12 vdc.

RE: Why are there so few SRW Dodge Mega Cab 3500s?

i ordered my 3500 mega single rear, wasn't that long of a wait. i hear that the 2010's are available with a long bed. and the rear seats recline. if you have a dually, just take off the inside rear tires when your not using it for loads. They are nice I seen one and the back door are as large as the front door a TRUE full size Crew cab like they used to make. I wish I waited another year.

RE: Why are there so few SRW Dodge Mega Cab 3500s?

I have a Q cab 8' bed, I have not see that many mega cabs DRW with a small box either after you mentioned it, but Im sure they made them. I have a 09 dealers catalog in my vault I'll see if there is such a animal, and post it if you want me to. you will get a lot of pros and cons on the DRW ver SRW in a 3500. the down side in my opion is those two extra tires that you have to buy, and the loss of MPG pulling them around, along with a rough ride. but the plus side is the stability of the vehicle when putting those heavy pin weights over the axel. the pin on my monty is 2600 lbs. + or - a few pounds and then all the other junk I put in there for the trip. I wish they made the mega cab in a long bed DRW in 09 but they didnt, would I buy another??? Yep.

RE: How do you know you're level?

I never level to the floor. I use either the inside of the freezer comapartment or the stove top. If you don't have a level, put a large skillet on the stove with just enough oil in it to cover the bottom. When the oil is evenly distributed across the skillet, you are level. I really hate it when all the oil runs to one side of the pan! It also makes the eggs slide into the bacon os sausage.

RE: How do you know you're level?

I personally dont like sleeping in a bed that is higher at one end than the other, and walking with a list as if I were back on a ship in the Navy. There ars several ways to check for level on your RV here are a few in short form. 1 open frig door and if it stays where you opened it it should be level. the same with the doors to the RV, bath room you got the idea. or a fry pan on the stove with a little bit of water it should be even

RE: Question about Cairn Terriers

A to your friend ask them to go on the 26th of June as there will be lots of Carins at the shows. The shows are on June 25, 26 and 27th Long Beach Or this weekend in San Diego at the Del Mar Racetrack they are having a Meet the Breeds Booths and I would think the Carins would also be there. RE: Question about Cairn Terriers

I was looking at that breed and the Nofolk Terrier, this was 12 yeas ago though. so I believe things are probably a lot worst in trying to get one from a breeder now, back then I would have had a 2 or 3 year wait for the Nofolk and they wanted 3 K for it so I soon forgot about that breed and when to look at the Cairn Terrier realy nice breed no sheding, all this was at a "Go to Ground Show" in Canyon Country California Most of the breeders had there head and noses stuck in the clouds and didn't want to communicate with anybody. So I found a Border Terrior breeder, and she was a real person, We got our dog from her with stipulations for the breed and we have had Smokey for 12 years now, a great breed around children I will ask her if she knows and Cairn Terrier breeders and send it to you on a PM. RE: stack jack stabilizers

I dont see why they wouldn't work so long as they reach the frame of your RV, and you dont forget to remove them before you drive off.
