RE: Mice? Any way to keep them out?

Looking into Cab Fresh...can't plug anything in out in the field where we park it! No electicity. This kind of thing didn't happen when we were able to keep it in the driveway. Our neighborhood decided to enforce the rules and made us move it. Husband isn't too thrilled about it. We liked it where we could take care of it easily. Thanks for all the advice!

RE: Mice? Any way to keep them out?

Well, he caught them. http://photos-f.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc3/hs025.snc3/11241_1254291925322_1470271984_30720515_6343944_n.jpg I forgot about those plug-ins. My dad uses those. And we have 4 cats who would be so glad to help, but they live inside the house, not the camper! Why do they have to be so cute? They are taking a trip a few miles down the road because the kids can't stand to think that we might kill them. Yeesh.

Mice? Any way to keep them out?

My husband has the motorhome at the house to winterize it. It was completely emptied of food, but it appears there was still a mouse in there. He's bought some traps, but he wants to know if there is anything he can put in it that will keep mice out once it goes back over to storage. Thanks!

RE: Americamps in Bracey Va and Richmond North

Is Richmond North the one in Ashland? If so, we just stayed there and it was quite nice. Easy to get to, big pull-thru sites. There was highway noise, but inside the motorhome with the A/C running all night, we weren't bothered by it. The kids loved the (small) pool. Heather

Any advice for Topsail first-timers?

After bugging my husband for the past several years, I finally convinced him to go to Topsail this summer. We leave next week. We are on site 147, which I hope will be okay! We are wondering if it is best to walk or take the tram to the beach? Is there a bath house on the beach? Please tell me the water will be clear and warm, because that is what I have been promising my kids! Any recommendations for local attractions or restaurants? Thanks! If it weren't for this forum, I would have probably never heard about Topsail! Heather and Jeff
