You bet it does. I used to live across the cul-de-sac from Traildog, but had to move before my property values plummeted. Not sure if it was his 5er, or the fact he mowes his grass daily, and sometimes even more than that.........

I don't know whether my RV had anything to do with it or not but, since I have been parking my MH at the rear of my driveway, property values have gone up 30% to 50% in my immediate neighborhood and most of the other neighborhoods in this area.

Our neighbors are real glad we park the MH on the property. It hides the outhouse from their view. It also give us a little shade when we go fishing in the seement pond.

Ut oH There goes the property taxes. Quick sell and get out while you can! Don't be the last one to take advantage of the boon. Check into refinancing as when neighborhoods do this it's a great time to reaccess where you are. Get in on it before it stalls. You will find the market will flood with homes from your neighborhood.

It sure would if I were looking to buy your property. Anything non residential, non conforming (legal or not) or controversial would become as major of a negotiating point as I could make it (and some things would make it a deal breaker - like a neighborhook with recliners in the front yard) and anything that reduces your pool of potential buyers or gives that pool of buyers ammunition to use in negotiations is bad for the seller(s).

It would probably have a lot to do with what type of RV (new Marathon or 21-year-old pop-up camper?) and HOW it's parked & maintained. Usually, IMHO, ANY additional vehicles parked on ones property tend to clutter it up, and in turn, reduce property values. I think any respected Realtor would agree.

For arguments sake, let's say a Class A, 5th Wheel or TT, maintained well, parked on side drive and landscaped around.

____________BUT...

If I have four adults living in my $350,000 home, each with their own diesel pick up truck parked on the driveway, this would consitute "any additional vehicles" and would therefore "clutter" up my property and reduce it's value?
