Hello OpenRoads Forum Folks,
I would appreciate your input in making the best decision for my needs. I have a mobile human and equine therapy practice and travel to horse shows in several states throughout SE & NE. I need a full, nicely appointed living quarters, plus a "therapy room" that will require storage for product, an undercounter freezer/fridge & MW-the middle of which must be clear for setting up a full length massage table. I do NOT want a gooseneck horse trailer w/LQ. I have considered an upfitted "toy trailer" but everything must be insulated, heated and cooled like the rest of the unit. Also, I want warranties on as much as possible from the Seller, so I don't end up getting "the run around" if/when something goes wrong. I will most likely use a F250/350 SuperDuty/PowerStroke. What suggestions do you experienced folks have for me? Can a Fifth Wheel work for this purpose? Thanks!

How about going to one of the high end manufacturers and seeing about a custom fiver?
I know that New Horizons builds custom units.

You can probably get a hold of one of the TH companies and see if they have a unit that you can add a ac and heater in the back. Worse case you could put some foam insulation on the inside of the back area with some type of wall panel to cover up the foam.
Good luck to you.

HorseShowTherapist,
Have not seen what your looking for. Don't know what you want to spend or the length? Will you want a slide? How much comfort are you wanting? As was also mentioned there are Toy Haulers with garage in the rear that you can have someone set up anyway you want. Would look into New Horizons that has been mentioned, and Automate. Both Are custom builders and will build anything you design. What are you going to pull this with? I guess the last question I'd have is will you be hauling live animals at all?
