Hi to all!!!
Quick question. When your on the road do you leave your mini blinds up or down. My dealer told me to always travel with the metal mini blinds in the up position. He said that you will save the blinds from getting a crease in them. Does anyone have any info on this ?????

I leave mine down and in there clips at the bottom to keep them from swinging around. Keeps the sun off the interior.

We always left our metal mini blinds down and it never caused a problem. Now the kids playing with them, that`s another story.

My dealer told me that while I am traveling the mini blinds should be put down and secured in place with the clips.

I like them down, secured in the clips but open for light in cold travel times and in a shut position when the sun is beating on that side in the warmer months.

I picked my new TT up a month ago and during the walk-thru the guy told us to leave them down as much as possible and to clip them down during travel. Helps keep the interior from fading.

My manual says to pull them up for travel. I do. The window frames are marked regardless.

It looks like opinions both ways. Would be nice to see what movement actually occurs while traveling.
If they are clipped at the bottom it doesn't seem like there could be much harm.

I keep them down and in clips. If you like to travel with the windows open, then keep them up as the wind will crease them.
