I say find out from HR who the axle/brake mfr. is that supplied the axles. If there Hays brakes you should check for parts. I've been told that Hays is obsolete, not available. You can probably get conventional 5/6 lug hub/drum if they are Dexter product. Complete new axle & brakes are very cost effective to totally renew the system.
