Oh I wanna... Anybody even considering a Large 5er should check out the Escapees HDT Forum. I`ve been lurking on their site almost a year. The Cornucopia of info from these folks is immense.

Just put a deposit down on a HDT. Guess I will no longer have to worry about the weight of my trailer or any future trailer. We are excited, this should be fun and a nice way to travel. It will be interesting to see how it does in the dirt though. I will post photo's when we get it.

Wow Dave - That's awesome. Someone's going to be working some OT now. I'm jealous.

What are you going to do for a daily driver? You keeping your other truck?

Sold the truck. I will be driving the mini van for awhile. It's paid for and basically only use it to go back and forth to work so no big deal. The HDT should be fun though. Only thing I don't like about the HDT is the color (Plum). So I will be seeing a repaint in a year or so to match my trailer.

Aw c'mon. A lot of tough guys drive big plumb MTDs.

The rest of us are just jealous.
