Dave, I hate to see it go but looking back over the last 10-15 posts it doesn't seem to be doing much. Has everyone split off into their own little clicks?

If anyone on here is into camping and off-road racing then there are two events coming up. First on April 11th The MDR off-road racing series is have the King of the Desert starting position drawing party at Camping World in San Marcos, Ca. This is like a pre race party that allows people to get a close up look at some of the racing vehicles and just have a fun afternoon with the family. There will be Off-Road race cars & trucks on display, Off-road vendors, RV vendors, Food and raffles. Camping World is also having some sales specials that day for only.

Then on April 25 in Plaster City, Ca which is 1 1/2 hours South of San Diego and about 20 minutes North of El Centro on the I8 freeway there will be the King of the Desert 250 race. What's great about races with the MDR series down in Plaster City is for one it is Free to camp and watch. No camping fee's like the dunes charge. Also Plaster City seems more family friendly like Ocatillo Wells is. And during the race weekends and even during the race the desert is still open so you can ride around and watch the race or head away from the course and just enjoy the trails in the desert. Also for those not familure with Plaster City they have a small store just down the road, there is a gas station and a small place across from the service station is where you can dump you tanks. It's a nice feature as for me I dump my black and gray before I head up the grade to come home. Then once home I dont even have to worry about dealing with it and they have plenty of room to pull in and out with a trailer.

Here is a web link to find our more about the MDR races. www.mdrracing.com More details about the CW event is posted on their message board.

Sorry if this has already come up, but we're going to Eagar, AZ Sept. 8th for the Arizona ATV Outlaw Jamboree and would like to hook up for breakfast with someone from the forum. I saw last year someone asked if anyone had been there before and no one said they had. Has that changed now?
