I carry a Xantrex 400 compressor/battery/jumper thingy under the seat of the Rhino. It can jump even my 100HP outboard. DW doesn't like to drive so the SxS is the only way to go. Maybe some snow tracks this year. For elevation the new fuel injected 700 Rhino is appealing.

did any of you use the side by side as a extrem off road? like going up hill extream rough? I was told they can and does better than a jeep, cuz its smaller. others said no its not good idea...
also I saw in the pixs of my friends, she drove the side by side into deep river creek, the water was up to her knees. said made it ok... does that choke the carb? I forgot to ask her heh...
someone above the tread said the side by side doenst go around much as the reg atv can, can someone here tell me what SxS cant do?
I was thinking getting one SxS and one 400 CC atv...so my dw can drive both as we take turns. our boys can ride in that,

Is this an AC a tire/wheel combo issue or a weight issue??

I don't think it has to do with the weight, as most of the utility ATV's nowadays are over 600 lbs without tire issues. The Arctic Cats wheel beads are not the strongest seal on the market, so the owners could definitely improve this issue by running after market wheels.

We don't have a lawn or mower, just a camper, 4-wheelers and snowmachines.

It's awesome. I would highly recommend going somewhere that rents them first to see what she actually thinks about it. We love it.

The big reason we got the TC was to be able to haul our atv's, dual sports, mountain bikes, kayaks, and additional camping gear in a trailer. Looked into toy haulers but we already had a nice aluminum inclosed cargo trailer and never fell in love with any of the toyhaulers. There was always the thought of packing up those muddy atv's after a day of ridding in wet conditions. We ride Can-Am Outlander 400's and they go anywhere the 800's do on less fuel just not as fast top speed. We went with Outlanders because they are very comfortable to us, not as achey afterwards, they are physically as large as the larger bore machines and haul us effortlessly (250lbs + gear on the racks). This weekend we are headed to an ATV Jamboree put on by our ATV club, lots of fun! We also ride year round, snow is lot's of fun! Good luck and stay safe!

Wife wont ride "shot gun" in the RZR. She feels more at home on the 800. Finally sold the 700 last week cause I feel at home in the RZR. Different strokes.
