We just purchased a new 337RLS. Would really like to have contact with other owners to ask questions or solve mutual problems with our rigs or rave about what we like or don't like.

We are very close to ordering a 328 (same as 337 only no bedroom slide). They have made a number of changes already. The latest change is a new exterior rear end. Looks very nice.

After having so much problems with Forest River about our Sierra 5er, we got a 337 RLS and really like it. Had it 1 week and the maiden voyage was to Branson Mo. which was a 700+ mile trip. Have had the paper and pencil out to write down problems with the unit but have not written anything yet. Do have some things that would have been nice if they had done, but, that is my opinion not anythng concerning the quality of what is there. Our 337 has no ladder, they do now, there is no light to assist in finding the right switch in the panel at night, fixed that myself. They put the plugs inside the basement to keep a smooth outside but on the aawning side there was no what to access the plug without having to leave the compartment door open/unlocked. They sent me a small version of the hose/cable hole in the street side of the compartment so you can drop the cord out the bottom and still keep things locked.
If you wish to PM me I will answer any questions that I can. We are camping and I can't seem to get e-mails outgoing while on wi-fi. Congrats on our new purchase. I really think this company is going to go places. I also e-mailed them asking about some touch up paint as I had a stupid moment and put a chip in it. In addition to sending me the paint codes, they also sent me a small bottle of each color. I'm impressed.

We bought an Open Range 337 RLS last April and have now hauled it over 10,000 miles from Florida to Oregon, living in if full time. It was our first fifth wheel, and has been an absolute joy to tow and live in. We've had only a few minor problems (a closet rod that bent and a few fixtures that needed tightening) and will only be taking it in to a dealer tomorrow for its first good checkup - and to replace the glitchy DVD player. You can see the trail we took at http://web.me.com/lhogie which has photos of friends visiting us in the Open Range across the country. And we were able to pull it across the Rockies (11,000 feet) with a 2500 GMC gas truck.

As I don't own an Open Range I will make no comments either way. However, just last week I did take their plant tour. I would suggest anyone considering an Open Range to go the plant in Shipshewana, Indiana and take a tour first.
Than while in the area take in some tours of other manufacturers.

That's all I'm going to say.

Glenn: Now I am concerned cuz we are close to ordering an Open Range and I am curious if you are thinking Open Range is ok or not. A factory tour is impossible for us (miles to factory). Please pm me if you aren't comfortable with an open response. Thanks.

Glenn - I've got to agree with the last couple posters.

For those of us who aren't able to take a 6,000 mile round trip drive to check out the RV plants, what was it about Open Range that you didn't like? Or did like.. that was a pretty vague and ambiguous response.
