No major loss. I haven't been impressed with the one here in Tucson. Seems they may have spread themeselves too thin. IMHO.

The negotiations of that potential deal were called off several weeks ago due to the industry sales slump. Currently Lazy Days has some major problems of it's own due to the sales slowdown.

Thanks Dick.
I have enjoyed the Pig Out in Jan. Hope they continue it in 2009.

I called Beaudry this afternoon. The person I spoke would not talk about any closing. She did state that all the "Events" were planed and scheduled for 2009.

Since I have a relative that works there I've been hearing all the stories for months. Although employees been worried by the rumors, they have been told nothing is happening. I understand that they have started reworking some of their facilities for ongoing operations although they have lost lots of service techs. I have been told they have been getting calls on this on a daily basis almost all year.

On the up side---you can stop at Camping World at Beaudry's and NOT get attacked by salesmen on golf carts. Was there the other day. Still a lot of stock on their lot but saw few salesmen.

I sent Beaudry an email and received a phone call from a sales person stating they are open and it's a rumor that has been going around that is untrue.
