So I'm guessing this is the call for Steve_in_29 to join in the fun

Ya know Don it's all in the family I could- their website says they have a Winter Sales Event- with "never before" discounts and amazing deals and they are trying to keep their employees busy during the winter.

It's interesting you say that trails, because it is all the Ward family on both sides of the fence. I have personally gotten pretty weary of the back-and-forth between the two brands in this and other forums. As I have always said, both companies make good quality, top-end pop-up campers and an owner of either one has a right to be a proud owner. It's too bad that there are internal differences within the "two branches" of the Ward family, but I have enough of my own problems to continue worrying about whether someone considers one camper to be better or worse than the other. I like my Outfitter and you like your Hallmark, and that should be good enough on its own merits as far as I am concerned.
In terms of Outfitter (as I am sure is the case with Hallmark and most other TC manufacturers), they are probably trying to do their best to keep their business viable and to maintain their staff through these very difficult times. I certainly hope both can survive.

Hoka Hey,
Since I can't find your name in the list of registered members on Outfitter's Owners Group forum, I will send you a PM with the content from ktcribbs write-up on his Wave 3 installation in his Apex 8. Hopefully he won't mind this (and I will leave him a message that I have done this).
Don
On Edit: Well Erik, I put together my PM to you (with photos), but you have elected in your profile to not accept PM's from other members of RV.net, so unless you change that, I won't be able to provide you with ktcribbs' post.

I would scratch both and say all can survive. It is very difficult to extend credit right now and I'm sure some vendors are more than a little uncertain. I believe many have gone to cash and carry.

Light hearted humor is great. Use care in your posting, I smell a Troll. I could just be odors from past post.

I seem to recall that you have a Wave setup that you plumbed to your stove. Can you provide a link??

I deleted two post. One "Off Topic", the other only because it responded to the first.

Give me some time on the link.
Here is the photos:

The photos probably gives viewer a good idea. I feel very strongly about the cutoff valve. Notice, you can check all connections for leaks. No connections are hidden. You could put a quick disconnect, instead of mounting the heater.

Thank you- very clean install. This is what I have been thinking- with the exception I'm not sure I would mount to a surface(I don't have that many suitable- due the nature of my rig)I was wondering if you have a portable setup that you could direct the heat towards the cab over vs the dinette area?? I also would install a quick disconnect
