Even blowing air through cannot get all the water out of the u-traps at all drains and vents. Water can still be there and it will pool into line sags and all traps. My manual says to drain and bypass the hotwater heater, drain the freshwater tank (***) then close the inlet to the frashwater tank so anti freeze dwn not get into it (***). then use the pump to distribute antifreeze to all outlets including the outside shower. Then pour a little into blacktank. I Leave the freshwater drain open with maybe a little cloth plug if you are afraid of insects. I think I'll believe the manual.
*** = added because I am old and forget things But I do not forget the taste of RV antifreeze

IF you are putting antifreeze in the water lines why would you need to blow them out first? Filling your water lines with antifreeze will displace ALL water in the lines. If you want to blow them out and NOT put antifreeze in that makes sense in milder climates but antifreeze is a surer way to protect in extreme conditions. Good luck / Skip
