Some of you may recall that a couple weeks ago when I was traveling back to Seattle from CA I had a leak in the sink. The linoleum in the booth dinette next to the kitchen started peeling up. I assumed that this was from water that seeped under the linoleum from the kitchen area. As it turns out, this is not the case. So, that's good news.
The bad news is that we have NO IDEA where this water damage came from. All the floor covering is currently pulled up, and we are drying it all out (we wanted to replace the linoleum anyway lol). I will post pictures tomorrow, so you can get an idea of the varying colors of the floor - middle of the floor is bone dry. The outer edge on the kitchen side, around to in front of the queen slide is wet. Dh thought perhaps water came in from outside access panel. I'm not sure though... The only thing is - it's obvious that this has been wet for a while, and not long after we bought it last year we remember there being a small soft spot in front of the queen slide. So..... ???? Right now we're trying to determine if the sub flooring needs to be replaced or not.
Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope!
No, seriously, we have no idea what we are doing here and are in WAY over our heads. Advice, links, or references of who to take this to for help are all welcome..... We're willing to get our hands dirty and do work ourselves, we just need guidance to make sure we're covering all our bases (and not screwing it up).

is this anywhere near your HW tank?
I had a water leak - the previous owners spent $$$ on rebuilding the front end and roof repairs etc turns out there were 2 pin hole leaks ( leaked under city pressure not under pump pressure) in the bottom of the hw tank atwood aluminium tank

No, it is not close to the HW tank, or the holding tanks.

Have you been driving in the rain? I have heard of some people having problems with tires throwing water up under the skirt and seeping to the flooring.

Yes I have driven in the rain before. Our underbelly is wrapped though.

I thought about that, too. But there is no water anywhere except for in the flooring.

Check the skirt above the tires and see if there are any seams. I have not had any leaks but I caulked my seams as a precaution.

how about the roof seam leaking on the side above where your kitchen is, and leaking down inside the walls ending on the floor area? I'd take a hose and go on top of the TT and run the hose, then check for water intrusion. If so, eternabond that area and never deal with it again. I'd eternabond the roof anyway.

I would call your local RV dealer and see if they have a Sealtech leak test system link. Takes all the guess work out of locating the leak source.
