Wow, thank you! I'll make some calls in the morning. We poked around a bit today, and got nothing.

We had water coming in the back seam of our trailer at the roof where it meets the wall. It was traveling down the wall and down into the floor. The only way we found out where it was coming from is the wall paper was slightly wrinkled in the back closet. Fortunately it didn't cause too much damage. One spot on the floor is slightly spongy.

Interesting! Thanks to the above post, I think we may have found the source. We're still taking it to somebody to take a look at it, and see how much damage there is.

Wow! We have the same problem in the same camper and model year.
Did you ever find out where the water was coming from?
Our problem has grown worse and KZ's answer to the soft floor was to put wood on the outside of the bottom of the camper. Not an attractive solution.
Any wisdom you might have on this topic would be appreciated.

Good advice! Many methods to do a pressure test, you need to find the source of the leak because it could be coming from almost anywhere. The membrane under your floor system not only keeps water out, it also traps it which can have horrible consequences. I would get to the bottom of it right now before it does anymore damage. I can link what my floor used to look like if your interested.
Good luck

Hi all,
I have a k-z frontier 2003 2405 and have a soft spot area in front of the slide out as well as now in front of the dinette floor. i dont know that it is due to water damage but i have heard that the one piece laminate flooring they used have had a lot of problems.
Anyone with a similar model tell me what they found the issue to be and where to start looking.
Thanks
Cliff
