There was an earlier post about this kit possibly lowering the ride height about an inch. Has anyone with the 3 axle setup verified before and after ride height? Im ok with going a little higher, just not lower.

Thanks

If you install equalizers in lower holes -the other end of front/rear springs should be installed at the same location(height). Your trailer will be riding higher after this is done by a couple of inches so a Pin box or hitch height adjustment may be needed.
That is the funny thing. The springs were attached to the lower holes to begin with. I forgot to mention that when I got my kit I was missing one bronze bushing so now I have to wait till next week to install the other side.

My kit was missing a bronze bushing as well. I went ahead and installed everything except the bushing and bolt in the rear leaf where it isn't shackled. My buddy ordered a kit for his trailer today and requested that they ship an extra bushing for me. Hopefully that gets thrown in and I can get it installed quickly. I'll only have to remove one wheel and won't need all the blocking and supports for that job. All I can say is check your parts right away when they come in and don't wait until the trailer is blocked up in the air to find out you're missing a part like I did.

I just checked my kit it's missing 3 bushings + ?. The hardware bag is ripped open and there was a hole punched in the box. It would be nice if they packaged these kits a little better to suit the weight. the zerks on the ez-flex parts were punched through the box.
Time to make a call.

I have been doing some thinking about why my original equalizers were so damaged. When I look at my OE tires the middle tires on both sides were hardly worn. The equalizers were installed in the upper hole on the 2 center hangers. The springs were installed in the lower holes on the end hangers. My feeling is the center axle on my rig had less weight on it because it sat higher.

Since I have installed the E-Z Flex (in all the lower holes) I have noticed that I do not have as much movement in the axles. I hope this has fixed my problem.

Got my set today, thanks for the heads up on this!! Also picked up a kit for a friend. He has the 35" kit with 8k axles.

I could only laugh when I opened the box. They are half again as big as the 6k kit. Looks like they would be right at home on a semi

Thanks BB!
You know a friend would check to make sure all the parts were in the kit before he installed it on his friends RV- especially after seeing his friends electrical work!

OK, I will take a guess.
I would think that the spring mount is too far away from the pivot, letting the shackle flip over ??

Looks like you need to weld the shackle hanger to the frame. In the picture it looks like the bead does not even touch the frame.
