I bought a cheap "high flow" water pressure regulator. Like this
My dealer ordered it from a catalog. It was only $12, not much more than a regular one. In my limited camping experience, we've never had any problem with sufficient flow. I'd start out with one of these and try it first. No need in going wild buying an expensive one if not needed.

Lots of posts about regulators. You get what you pay for The Watts regulators allow you to adjust the pressure you want. Sure they cost a little more, but the small 15 buck CW regs won't protect against 90psi. If you've seen the damage that can occur from a burst pipe, well it ain't pretty. I use the Watts N55GP with a pressure gauge attached. I have the pressure set at 53psi which gives plenty of pressure to enjoy the shower. I also set up a whole house filter after the regulator and prior to the coach. Both can be purchased at your local Home Depot for less than 100 bucks...BTW.. the cheap ones are better than nothing.......Dennis

Why do you hate the regulator? If shower pressure is too low, did you remove the stupid government mandated flow restrictor yet? Is pressure ok using water pump? What is the problem, maybe we can help?
my guess is that they are using the $6.98 camping world special instead of a Watts type. folks have put two of the cheapies in parallel to get a better flow instead of doing it right.
nothing better than a good water pressure regulator and a multi-function surge protector to take the worries away.

Get yourself the Watts. Pay for it once and you will not regret it.

I'll find it somewhere else.

yep, that is often the case with these great "buys" on the web. shipping and handling will eat you alive. Lots of fake drugs thrive on the shipping and handling charges for their Free 30 day supply.

I've always use the cheap one with no problems...I did buy one that had a guage on it and went right back to the cheap one.I have seen the adjustable ones and if I was to change I'd go that way...

As posted, the Watts adjustable regulator is the ticket! I bought mine from the RV water filter store online for $59.95. The couple I bought my rig from sent me a shopping list of everything I would need for a good, trouble free potable water setup. And he recommended I buy from RV Water Filter Store. Great quality stuff, good people to deal with, and prompt processing of orders.

I purchased my watts regulator from Home Depot. They have all the fittings you will need to adapt to your hoses. The Watts regulator will give you a much better water flow and you can adjust it to the water pressure that is recommended by your trailer manufacturer.

I too among many others bought ours at HD. The regulator 55 to 80 # was $27.00 and the fittings to hook to hoses brought it up to about $30.00 plus or minus! I got the 3/4 Ip straight through unit. several friends have bought off the one I have and we love them. The pressure is adjustable but the factory 55# is plenty now 5 years later. IMHO
