Thanks to everyone for their encouragement and support. Your all right. The only time we fail is when we fail to try. If we can work it into our finances we will go for it.

We are about the same age. We pull a 34-foot TT about 7K miles in the summer traveling. I plan to do it for a few more years. I suspect that when we get in our 80’s we may switch to a MH. I believe that staying active keeps you in better condition and healthier. Go for it.

Too old?? I hope to be doing a whole lot more traveling when I'm your age, and I hope to have something comfortable to do it in. Now following the 7yr ownership average, that should be 2 1/2 units from now. (can't wait to see what it will be)
Look into what might make your traveling/camping easier and more comfortable, and go with that. Have fun shopping.

Seems to me a simple issue. You like to travel with your TT but it is too cramped and will continue to be, dog or not. Shop around, look at used (there are tons of them) make a good deal and keep having a good time.
PS. Yes you can pull the trailer.

Obviously you have not read or know about the laws of the land. It is commonly referred to as the following :
"Age restrictions on buying and using an rv, statute 12345"
It clearly states that if you are over the age of 55.31/2 years of age, you CANNOT legally buy, use, sell, pull, look at, desire, want, need ONE.
At your age, you should be settled in life, repected as a pillar of your community, a rock solid person for advice, taxed to the hilt, used by all and paid very little to any type of work.
What is wrong with you? Have you not read and understood these laws of society?
Perhaps professional help is needed to help you overcome these desires of having fun, enjoying life to its fullest.
