No they are still in business, the one I have is an older version that I bought at a garage sale and one of the plastic parts broke while we were in Kitzner, PA. I ordered a replacement part, along with some spare parts and they shipped them to me at the campgroud this was June 25th, 2009. Alain Fournier, I guess the manager, called to make sure I had received the parts. They are a little hard to get in touch with but they have worked well with me.

I got one of these

I hate lifting things up high. I have a small hitch just for bikes on my Carri-Lite.

I recently "upgraded" to a Thule T2. While it's not recommended for the back of a trailer, the components are very stout and I have little worries.

My setup looks like this.

It's kind of expensive, but Thule makes a rail system that installs on the rear of the fifth wheel & then attachments clip into the rail system including bike racks. I think CW now sells them.

If you have a back square tube bumper on your fifth wheel. i use a bolt on receiver and use any receiver type bike rack (yakima, thule, etc.) Then when i get to a campground and need to drive in my truck somewhere, i can slide it into the hitch on the truck.
