Last weekend when we finished our shakedown camping I did like I had with the TT, first dump black and flush. Next step was dump grey and I'm done (didn't seem like much grey water) I never checked the meter so I was sure everything was good. When we camped this weekend the meter showed 1/2 full after two hours hmmm, not good. I dumped the grey and just a little came out, I must have bad meters as the gauge still showed 1/2 but then it kept going up. When we got ready to leave after two days of worrying about how to unplug my grey tank I did the drill again still not much grey water. so I crawled under to see if I could see a crimped line. I found anouther little valve and when i pulled that there was plenty of water draining.

I guess I need to learn everything the hard way...

I'm jealous! Wish I had 2 grey tanks! Guess I could always install another one and plumb it in.

They should have showed you the second grey tank during your PDI walk around. I also have 2 grey tanks; one for the galley and one for the bathroom. It is nice.

Do you have a rear kitchen? I have one, and also have two gray tanks.

Glad you figured it out (btw, I have three greys and two blacks; needless to say it's a good little chore dumping/flushing ).

I am curious, you said you only have one meter for gray? I have two gray meters, one for each tank.

I have two gray tanks, one for the washer and dryer, and the other for the rest of the coach. I don't have a washer dryer and wanted to use the extra tank as overflow. I put one of those twist on knife valves on the drain outlet where the cap goes, closed it, and then opened both gray water tank valves. The water flows from the full tank back into the empty tank. A guy on this site told me about that one. I use it all the time now doubling the capacity.
