the last trip out started out like any other till I touched the brakes and all 4 wheels on the TT locked up... I drove around the block once turning down the power knob till the wheels stopped locking up when I touched the brakes... a little more driving and it appeared that I needed to turn the power back up, but given a mile or 2 things seemed to be working correctly... at this point I had no idea just where the knob started and where it was sitting...
When we left camp, I felt like I had no trailer brakes at all, so I turned up the power till I could feel the TT jerk the TV a little and backed off a touch..thats when I noticed I was at full power minus the touch I had backed off...
is there some adjustment I need to make on the TT ? Im going to pull the wheels off and verify all the electrical connections are clean as well as the harness from the plug back...I'll also verify that the level setting on the controller is correct, is there anything else I should be looking at

Follow the procedure and make sure the controller is leveled acording to the instructions.

I often had that to happen when I used the Voyager. I thought it was rust on the brake drum. I switched the Voyager for a Prodigy and never had that problem again. All I can say is to get rid of the Voyager.

This is my thought. If the level is out (the wheel on the right), it will do exactly as you are saying.

What can I tell you.. Tekonsha is a small village (Town) in Michigan, located just and I mean JUST south of M-60, on the east side of I-69

Dude, trigger finger getting itchy and had to reply 
your sense of funny is just about on par with mine...you crack me up...
Cheers folks, thanx for the advice, I'll hook up this weekend and verify the settings as well as the connection bits etc...
and just to be clear, short of electrical connections there is nothing to adjust at the drums like the shoe diameter or anything like that ?
