We saved 25% off MSRP late last October...Important factor, this MH was a new floorplan/design for Winnebago and dealers just simply were not taking more off the MSRP.

We saved 65% off the MSRP. We were going to wait for our first RV but since we are almost ready for retirement and still employed, we decided we couldn't pass up such a deal on a new class A. The banks usually won't lend in this economy unless you're working at time of signing.

I am surprised that this is not an active post with many contributing their actual experience. We see many posts with people suggesting to start at 40% off but very little on actual experience.I am going to be in the market for a MH--no trade in,cash transaction.Knowledge is the most important factor to have as you begin to negotiate. If you start with an off the wall position, your bargining is weakened. If however you start with the knowledge of what others are getting off,you are in a strong position.

We were pretty happy with our 50%+ off brand new Gulfstream Tourmaster T40C from Queenstown RV in College Park, MD. It had 900 miles on it, 15 hours on generator. Bought it last month.

They were basically getting rid of all their RVs. Their customer service was lacking. The PDI was very fast and they do not return calls. I think their service center is still open, but noone picks up. Their non-updated website is still up with the price discounts:

Hopefully this can help guide you in your RV purchase.
