Looking for toy hauler that garage can be used for living space. I have a 4500 LB tow limit and want to know what brand and model toy hauler have the garage that can be converted into living space. I have seen the bigger ones that the wall can be moved and has bed up top, what 18 footer can do that?

Our 2003 Thor of Calif HTTTH Wanderer is 19'. Doesn't have silly wall at all. Fold up couches in back. Fold up when toys are in, fold down once camped.

We are 4800# on the road. To get down to 4500# would not be easy, unless we left 350# toy (handicap scooter) home. How much do your "toys" weigh?

I can't be lost because I don't care where this lovely road is going

I think you need to look at something lots smaller than 18'. You want to add 900# toy. Most add about 1000# in options, water, propane, clothes, and food. This means you need a toyhauler with a UVW (unloaded weight) of about 2,600#, given your max of 4500# fully loaded. Heck our little 4x8' cargo trailer weighs over 1100# empty.

You might look at one of those TT's with front open deck to carry stuff.

Can you recommend a TT with a deck that is light weight?

Only thing I can think of that you would comfortably be able to tow is one of those half-and-half utility trailers Front half is a fairly nice pop-up living space and the back half is a flat bed utility trailer. Unfortunently, even the small toyhaulers add up weight very quickly when toys and water are added.
