Anybody know the ferry charge across Lake Champlain from Burlington, VT to Platsburg, NY? I have 4 axles total and with the toad am about 60 feet long. I went across the ferry in a Semi-Truck in the early 70's. Seems like the charge back then was $27 for the semi.

Here is their website.
There are 3 crossings. The Plattsburgh to Grand Isle is by far the busiest and runs year around. It comes out about 20 miles north of Burlington. Here is the rate schedule.
The Port Kent to Burlington ferry runs only in the summer months. It is a beautiful hour long ride.

When my grown kids were inspecting our new fifth wheel, one asked why we bought a trailer that sleeps 4. My reply was that we couldn't find one that sleeps 2!

60 foot = $71.00 + 4.95 per passenger,one way, may be a fuel surcharge.
Planning on taking the ferry from Port Kent, NY to Burlington, VT in August.
