If it were us, I would proudly admit it, but unfortunately we are still stuck at home.

Two Fifth Wheels and one Travel Trailer at Wal-Mart Supercenter
this morning at I-10 and Mesa (El Paso, Tx). That particular Wal-Mart is not a good place to stop, the traffic and the parking lot can get pretty busy.

Better to stay there for the night and not drive slow in the two lane winding roads holding up traffic or holding up traffic and hitting your left turn signal to get the traffic to pass ya or gee what are the other ones??

I've been keeping records only since Oct. 2000 and have stayed at Wal Mart 41 times, elks 24, camping world 4, on a street 30 times. For the previous to that 10 years the numbers would be about the same. 100000 miles past 9 years and 75 thousand previous 10 years to that. Full time last 9 years. Thats about $5000. in my pocket with not one bad episode. I love Wal Mart. Best barbecue chicken for $ 5.00 in the country.

Yeah and the egg salad is top notch--the only problem is you can only get it in the South!!!

Isn't it smart marketing on Wally Worlds part? When traveling, I'll pull into a Wally World to catch a few ZZZZZ's, better than killing someone on the road if you fall asleep. Only one problem with Wally World, can't figure out how to keep BH from going shopping.

Hi all,
I was reading through the posts and it struck me as funny how conversations run. The OP wanted to know if anyone on here was at his local WalMart and the trail ended with roasted chicken.
NO OFFENSE intended and I know this is WAY off topic so I hope the moderators will tolerate my ramblings.
It reminded me of when I was younger and my parents would sit with other neighbors under an old oak tree in the cool of the evening to socialize, we had no air conditioners then and summers in central Alabama were somewhat less than ideal.
Anyway the conversations would take a life of their own, something like this:
1st neighbor: Listen to those crickets!!
2nd neighbor: Yeah, caught a bunch of those the other day and went fishing.
3rd neighbor: I didn't know you had a boat.
2nd neighbor: Nah, I fished from the bank.
4th neighbor: I heard yesterday the bank in town got robbed but don't know how much money they got.
My Dad to 1st neighbor: Speaking of money, don't you owe me some??
1st neighbor: Just listen to those crickets!!!
