Does anyone know if Moose River Road from NY Rt.12 to NY Rt. 28 is improved enough to tow my 26' TT? If not can you suggest another shortcut to avoid going all the way down to Alder Lake? Coming from Alexandria Bay going to Old Forge...Thamks! -Eric

I have taken Woodgate/Hawkinsville road from Rt 28 over to Boonville and back many times with no problems.
Just one sharp curve to watch out for.
