had a retrax for about 8 years,had it come apart a couple years after we bought it.call them,and explained what happened,gave them the serila number,and a week later,ups brought the replacement."NO CHARGE".iam soldon it.

I am finding it interesting that the percentage seems to be 100% Retrax and 0% BAK Industries RollBAK cover. With one unknown.

Tgr mine is also a retrax,also liked the fact it can be locked in any position.
