I am planning on staying three nights at a camp ground I am torn between a site with sewer or without sewer. There will be four of us but one is a baby and will probably take a bath everynight.

Dump at your site or stand in line and wait to dump when you leave???

Get the sewer and then you will be set. You will go thru a lot of grey water and many trailers lack in grey water holding tank capacity especially of you aren't seasoned campers and the baby will take lots of water potentially for boiling bottles, etc.

Do you have to pay more for sewered site? If so I would let some one that prefers sewered site have it. We seldom pay extra for sewered site as we don't need it

With 4 people you should be able to afford the hookup as you will definately need it.

get the site with the sewer hook up. It can't be that much more, and sure beats having to haul the RV daily or every other day to dump the grey tanks!

Since you are a newbie, and I don't know how big your tanks are, go with the sewer. That way you really don't have to police your water usage and it will be easier all around.

A lot of campgrounds in the Northeast have grey water drains at campsites. It is great, because you can shower and use all the water you want with no problems. You may want to ask about a grey water drain site, it is usually less expensive than a full hookup site.

What is the cost differential (if any)between a full hookup and one without sewer? Is that difference worth it to you to be able to dump on site whenever you like and not have to dump in line at the dump site? Bye the way, I recommend that all of you take a shower or bath every night, not just the baby. You decide and enjoy camping. Don't pet the sweaty things and don't sweat the petty things.
