Thanks for all the info. What we all need in the northeast is a couple of dry days. I think I'll try dropping the tanks on Sunday and seeing if there's a way to remove/replace a couple of rotted studs to get me through the summer. I don't think I have room for even a fercoat fitting so I hope they come down in one piece. But with Murphy's law.... I'm sure I'll be jacking the shell off the frame this fall if not sooner. At that point it will be full 2x4's and plywood not chipboard. Thanks again.

As said before, be ready for the rot to "grow" as you get further into the project. I just about completely rebuilt my dad's cabover in his class c when we originally thought is was just one small piece of luan. I also repaired the floor in my TT. Pics are on my photobucket. I thought that it was going to be a repair of about two by two in front of the fridge, but, to say the least, it got interesting REAL quick.

What you see is likely going to be about 10% of what really needs done from my experience.
