Are the showerheads and faucets in a trailer the same size as one in a home? If I wanted to replace the showerhead in my camper could I go to walmart and pick up a standard shower head and it work in the camper?

Some are....some aren't....if you can't figure out how measure it, just remove yours and take it with you to be sure.

faucets like kitchen sink and bathroom sink can be swapped out with standard units from home depot or your favorite store...

First mod I did to my TT...

Some faucets in TT are dual posts.If you are to replace one and the mount is different than one from Home Depot than you can fab an adaptor. I used Corian for the adaptor on the ones I installed.
