Can anyone recommend a good campground? We want to go in October. We have a 30 ft. 5th wheel. We want full hook-ups.

Thanks

Look up River Plantation RV Park in Sevierville on the Pigeon Forge line. It is very nice and well kept. Better make reservations now for the Fall. Have a nice visit.

take a look at Crazyhorse north of gatlinburg. Stayed there in June and will be back in October, but you better make reservations fast. They alll fill up in the fall.

Just stayed at River Plantation in June. Very nice campground, spacious, concrete patio sites, some on river quite large. Beautiful large pools and well kept. Seems if cost was 22.00 or 26.00 per night.
Well worth it. Also like RiverEdge in Pigeon Forge but the sites are much closer together and it is in the middle of everything. Their cost is in the $30's. They have the nicest, cleanest bathhouses you will ever find. Even piped in music. They are booked the first of the year for October. River Plantation may be full also but they would be my first choice.
Hope you have a great trip. We love it there. Be sure to ride the trolley. It doesn't come to RP but you can get on it at the Apple Barn. You are also close to WallyMart at RP. Have fun.

http://www.littlerivervillage.com/ We stayed one night and plan on staying many more in the future. The staff was excellent the campground was well maintained and right on the river. The bath house was private and clean. I would recommend this campground to anyone.
