I notice many responders have their Ins. for RV and vehicles all with the same Ins. CO. Probably not a good idea. Lets say you have an accident with your RV and your at fault and no one else is involved. If it's your fault and the amount reaches what the Ins. Co's call threshold amount they will raise the premiums on all your other vehicles. That can be very expensive. Ask me I know. That's Florida and each state has rules about what Ins. Co's can and cannot do. Raised mine 550 a year. I'm 64 and never had an accident before and never had a moving violation. Been driving since I was 14. This "Surcharge" will remain in effect for 3 years. Due to the low amount I was paying and all the special discounts I had it's still cheaper than going to a different Ins. Co. I checked everywhere. Been with my current Ins. Co. for 16 years. Some thing to consider though.

When I get up every morning I know I've got one more chance to try and get it right. God Bless the USA. USN 30yrs Ret. 99 Ford F250 PSD ExtCab Husky16K Slider. Jordan Breaking Sys. DeLorme GPS

I have separate policies for my truck, car, home and 5th wheel w/State Farm. The policy for my $27K 5th costs only $202 per year.

That's insane! Are you taking about a motorized vehicle? I pay $166 for the below vehicle. It's stored in a manned storage facility and when towed, my truck policy covers it.

As with most others, all my vehicles and my homewoners is with the same carrier, Met Life.

DieselD,

I just got the Juice and have not towed with it yet. I understand that you should only tow on level 2 or 1 with the stock intake and exhaustto prevent EGT's from getting to high. I love the darn thing so far. Truck feels like an old muscle car running on level 4 (90 hp) and will smoke the tires through the first 2 gears. Passing on the freeway is unbelieveable!!!! who thought a diesel could run like this? Can't wait to tow woth it even on level 2. I do seem to be getting slightly better mileage. I attribute this to the power coming in sooner in the lower part of the rev range.

All my insurance has always been thru State Farm. RV Alliance was MUCH better deal for both rate and coverage.
