The first phase of a new 512-space luxury motorcoach resort and country club is expected to open in November in Southern California’s Coachella Valley.
The Vineyards targets high-end snowbirds who typically use condos in the valley during the winter months. Site amenities include large pads, full hookups with high-speed wireless Internet access and digital-cable television and an air-conditioned “casita” with a car-and-golf-cart garage, a full-service bathroom, a laundry room, a kitchen and a living area.
Private pools and spas are available site options. A nine-hole regulation golf course features lakes, streams and waterfalls.
The country club is being developed by Rancho Heights LLC, according to owner Robert Mayer.
