Saguaro National Park will host the fourth annual Fiesta de Saguaro on March 6 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the park’s Rincon Mountain (East) District in Tucson, Ariz. The event highlights the Hispanic history, culture and heritage of Saguaro National Park and the surrounding area.
Activities include craft demonstrations, traditional Mariachi music and Folklorico dancing, piñata breaking, and children’s arts and crafts. Traditional Mexican food will be available for purchase.
Guest speakers will share stories about the rich history of the Rincon and Tanque Verde valleys.
Fiesta de Saguaro is sponsored by the National Park Service, with financial support provided by the Western National Parks Association and the Friends of Saguaro National Park.
