Motorhome enthusiasts looking to get a jump on the new year's RV offerings by attending the Florida RV SuperShow at the Florida State Fairgrounds, January 12-16, will be able to get a hands-on feel for two of the newest motorhome chassis on the market: the Workhorse W24 gas and R-series diesel.
Demonstration drives for the W24 chassis will be offered using a Dolphin LX, built by National RV, while diesel enthusiasts can test-drive the new R series by sliding behind the wheel of a Presidio diesel-pusher, built by the Mandalay Luxury Division of Four Winds. Pre-registration is encouraged, using the Workhorse Web site (workhorse.com) or by calling (877) 294-6773; for registration at the show, interested parties can visit the Workhorse booth (No. 145).
Workhorse and Blue Ox will be collaborating on a special show offer -- a free 10,000-pound Class IV-rated Alexus tow bar (valued at $645) -- for those who purchase a motorhome built on a Workhorse chassis. Beginning at the show, and continuing through the end of January 2005, any Workhorse-equipped motorhome purchased from a Florida dealership will earn the buyer a new, ball-in-socket design tow bar. Buyers can download the necessary coupon directly from the Workhorse Web site, beginning January 17. Once the coupon is verified, consumers will receive their tow bar directly from Blue Ox.
